For me, this is more than a position: it is an expression of love for the territory that welcomed me 20 years ago. This achievement originates through the Regional Development Agency of Sertão Central (ADESCC), fruit of Sebrae's Programa Líder — a movement that drives us to look inward, recognize our strengths, and value the uniqueness of our territory. I learned that, before looking for references outside, we must reclaim what is ours, honor our history, our people, and our culture. When we deeply love our region, there is no other alternative for those who arrive here but to be enchanted and love it too. I believe that tourism is valuation: of the people, the memory, the identity, the place we choose to call home. Joining the Municipal Tourism Council is the opportunity to contribute to the economic development of Sertão Central and strengthen what makes us unique.
